Lunch Box Roll Ups scroll down page
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Makes 4 roll ups
4 whole wheat tortillas (use sprouted whole wheat)
2 cups filling (your choice of grains-vegetable combinations-see list below for ideas)
Place tortilla on a flat working surface. Spread the filling in a fat line down the middle. Put in whatever other garnishes you want on top. Fold in the left and right edges to form a rectangle. Wrap the edge closest to you around the filling, press in tight, fold up the sides and finish by wrapping the rest up like a rug.
